Well, after 33 years of running Bob’s Industrial, the time had come for me to step aside and find someone to carry on the business I’d established. I wanted to make sure I found someone who understood the value of customer service and would work hard to maintain the business relationships I had developed over the years. Late in 2013, I believe I found that person — Jay Cressman. Jay is hardworking, honest and reliable; since taking over, he’s been diligent in his efforts to maintain the trust and loyalty that you have in Bob’s Industrial. I will continue to provide Jay with ongoing support as needed. Because of the confidence I have in Jay, it will allow me to enjoy my retirement as he continues to push Bob’s Industrial forward as a reliable supplier of rubber products to businesses in Southern Ontario.
